1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Innovatrix Prime LLC, 4302 Raleigh St, Charlotte, NC 28213. By placing an order you accept them.
2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you to substitute, refund that line, or hold the order — we never substitute without your agreement.
3. Prices, taxes and fees
Prices are in US dollars and shown per unit or pack as described. Shipping charges and North Carolina sales tax are shown separately in the order summary before payment. No other mandatory fees apply. We correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding with an affected order.
4. Payment
Payment is due before dispatch. Card and wallet payments are processed by a third-party payment provider once enabled; while that is being set up, our team takes payment by phone on 717-478-4127.
5. Product information and food disclaimers
Product descriptions, weights, ingredients and allergen details are provided by the manufacturer and may change without notice. Always read the label on the pack before use. Images are representative; packaging may differ. We make no health, nutritional, organic or certification claims beyond what the manufacturer's labelling states. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, check the physical product before consuming it.
6. Age-restricted and household chemical products
Household cleaning products must be kept away from food and out of reach of children and used only as directed on the label.
7. Delivery and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under consumer protection law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and disputes are subject to the courts of Mecklenburg County, NC.
