Where we deliver

We deliver to residential and business addresses in the Charlotte, NC metro area and ship shelf-stable packaged goods to addresses throughout North Carolina. Fresh and chilled items are available for local Charlotte delivery only.

Costs

Shipping is a flat $7.95 per order and is free on orders with a subtotal over $49. The shipping amount and applicable sales tax are shown in full in the order summary before you place the order. We charge no handling, packing or service fees.

Timing

• Local Charlotte orders placed before 2:00pm ET are delivered the same day where slots remain.
• Orders placed after 2:00pm ET are delivered the next delivery day.
• Statewide shipments dispatch within one business day and typically arrive in 2–4 business days.

Chilled and fresh handling

Chilled and fresh items are packed with insulation and, where required, cold packs. These items are delivered locally only and are not shipped by carrier.

Failed deliveries and address errors

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available or the address is wrong, we will contact you to rebook. A second local delivery attempt is charged at the flat shipping rate. Fresh and chilled items that cannot be re-delivered safely will be refunded less the shipping charge.
