Frequently asked questions.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the Charlotte, NC metro area and ship packaged goods to addresses within North Carolina. Fresh and chilled items are delivery-only within Charlotte.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat $7.95 and is free on orders over $49. The exact amount is shown in the order summary before you place the order.
How is sales tax calculated?
North Carolina combined state and Mecklenburg County sales tax of 7.25% is applied to taxable items and shown as a separate line before payment. Certain qualifying grocery items may be taxed at a reduced rate; your invoice reflects the rate applied.
Are the stock numbers real?
Yes. Each product shows the count we hold. If an item sells out between your order and packing, we call or email you before shipping the rest.
Do you substitute items?
Never without asking. If something is unavailable we contact you with an option to substitute, refund that line, or hold the order.
Do I need an account?
No. Checkout is guest-only and asks for the name, address, email and phone needed to deliver your order.
How do I pay?
Card and wallet payments are being switched on. In the meantime an order is reserved at checkout and our team calls 717-478-4127 to take payment before dispatch.
Can I return groceries?
Unopened, shelf-stable items can be returned within 14 days. Chilled, frozen and fresh items can only be refunded if they arrive damaged or out of condition. See the Returns & Refund Policy.
